Climate change

Climate change has been an important subject trough years and it refers to long terms shifts in temperatures and weather patterns, although some of these shifts may be natural, they have recently been affected due to human activities.

There have been vital signs of the planet that climate change is happening, and every time is getting faster thanks to humans' activity, such as Ice Cores drawn from Greenland, Antarctica, and tropical mountain glaciers, Earth's climate responds to changes in the greenhouse gas levels. Ancient evidence can also be found in tree rings, ocean sediments, coral reefs, and layers of sedimentary rocks.

Climate change is a big thing to worry about because it doesn't only affect the earth but every organism and specie in it. Climate change is affecting us in our daily life, and we might not think is a cause of the climate change but there has been more frequent and intense drought, storms, heat waves, rising sea levels, melting glaciers, warming oceans that can directly harm animals, destroy the places they live in, and wreak havoc on people's livelihoods and communities.

Secondly the weather has become more dangerous and unstable, so weird thing and dangerous things start to happening and with time becoming more severe. Humans and animals are already experiencing these consequences. In different places around the world there has been more cases of heat waves that led people in hospitals due to dehydration, or severe heat that can leads to fever and in some cases even dead, this is not the only case related to disease, climate change is causing a lot of disease or complications in an already existing disease.

Humans have contributed to climate change very strongly, this by increasing the abundance of greenhouse gases in the atmosphere, human activities such as factories, fuels, and even cigarettes amplify earth naturals greenhouse effects. A great amount of scientist has agreed that the increase of heat- trapping gases is the main reason for the rise in global average temperatures since the nineteenth century.

Some of the gases that are product of human emitted heat-trapping gases are carbon dioxide, methane, nitrous oxide, ozone, and various chlorofluorocarbons, but the main concern along all these years has been carbon dioxide, because it exerts a larger overall warming influence than the other gases combined which also makes it very harmful for most living beings.

Some people disagree or doesn't believe in climate change because they think is nature changing or simply because they believe is a government strategy to make them pay more or trying to control them through fear.

There has been a lot of solution and policies to try to fix this problem that is moving fast and one of the measures that governments and scientists are taking is to measure emissions data, reducing emissions, put price on carbons, end fossil fuel subsidies, build low-carbon resilient cities, increase energy efficiency and use of renewable energy, implement climate-smart agriculture and nurture forest landscapes.

I personally agreed with a lot of solutions and measures they have been taking over the last years, some of them can work well but I also think we should be caring more about this problem and find faster solutions to try to fix this problem before it's too late.
